Chloe Webb
Pre-school Manager
I joined Orchard House in July 2026. I am a level 5 qualified practitioner. I have worked in Early Years for 7 years. I started as an apprentice and as I continued learning, so did my passion for childcare. Even now, I love to keep learning to make sure I can help the children to reach their full potential. Within the setting I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead for children and staff.
Claire Peacock

Hi, I’ve worked in childcare for 20 years. I’ve been working in private day nurseries but fancied a change.
I have been at Orchard House since September 2019. In January 2020, I was lucky to be offered a full-time position. It has been amazing working with the lovely staff and children.
Louise Cousins
Deputy Manager
I’ve been at Orchard House since 2014. My 9 year old daughter came here and loved her time here. I’m a qualified SENco and trained in the Wellcomm speech screening tool. I love music and movement and supporting the children’s learning and development through play. I’m also a Designated Safeguarding Person.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing netball.
Lucy Hindhaugh

Hi, I worked as a student at Orchard House for a year until I qualified. At the end of that year, I was lucky enough to be offered a permanent position.
I am friendly and easy to talk to. I love to read, and I like to do messy play activities.
